Set an alert to receive any of the cards at any time of the day or evening. For example, you could set an alert to receive a card that reminds you to 'eat slowly and enjoy' before one or more meals; or set an alert to receive a card that reminds you to 'do your best to speak gently to yourself' at any time of the day or night; and so on.
